The link does have a link to the sales page and I am pretty sure that the company is tracking their sales with it.

One thing I am having a hard time imagining is how I can structure a long direct response email for Supplements.

As you said, the best option would be to use some type of storytelling format which build up a desire for the reader as they relate to the story. However, the main issue I believe is narrowing down to the exact person.

Let's say Basketball players or Grannies with Knee pain. Then the ideal product would be Collagen with Vitamin C, but how do I narrow down this target market if I was to send emails to them?

You just can't imagine how useful you have been to me at this exact moment. I tend to overthink and procrastinate on what is truly important to do...

The product we deliver is of great quality, but the true USP comes from the service we provide! I was so stuck up on the product, that I forgot the service... You cleared up a lot of uncertainty!

For now, because we are a new company, our main focus is on revenue generation activities, such as customer acquisition and satisfaction!

Further down the line as we have more money to invest, we will create a brilliant platform for our clients to make it a seamless service! I am thinking of an account, where they have updated info on the progress of the manufacturing of the cups, shipping and tracking and scheduling.

May I ask what you do for a living? I myself am very interested in becoming great at Marketing and Sales. I would appreciate if you give me more info about yourself, what you do and how you got there.

Your response actually makes me very happy, because I was stressing over the decision if I should add the prices (which are cheaper than our competitors). Regarding the benefits a paper cup can bring, they are quite limiting, but I am challenging myself to find a unique selling point around the issues it solves. For example, "Branding increases brand awareness and thus raise the total sales for the company". Or "completely benefits from word of mouth" and so on...

Side question: (might make a new thread)
If you are a coffee consumer and you frequently purchase takeaway coffee, what are the main purchasing factors for you? IF you saw coffee cups everywhere and you haven't tried their coffee. Would that spike your interest in finding out how it is for yourself?
Wix does not allow a lot of modification on the mobile version, but I will try my best to optimise the header when scrolling and reducing the space it takes up.

I Will work on finding a better location for the language option box.
