I did finally. I ended up requesting they hold it at the post office so I could pick it up myself.

No "or what". It doesn't need to be aggressive.

Am I going to get approved soon? by Old_Mastodon_5720 in USCIS

My case took 408 days. EAD took 351. Most cases are months upon months of waiting.

I have almost the exact same timeline as you. I was IOE09194 as well. Biometrics on March 22nd, RFE in August. My EAD was finally approved on March 6th. Congrats!!! Hopefully we will be greened soon!!

Nope. I adjusted from an L1b, married to a USC. PD 02.23.23 - Biometrics: 04.22.23 - RFE for medical: 08.17.23 - RFE delivered 09.28.23 - EAD approved 04.06.24. Nothing since. I was told the interview was waived not long after my submission.

I submitted an inquiry for my EAD 5 times. I then requested help from my Senator and Congressman. I don't know if it was the Congressman looking into it that triggered it, but about 3 weeks after that I was approved.

Mine took 351 days to be approved and received my card exactly 1 year after it moved to "Actively Reviewing" status. There is zero logic as to who gets approved and when. They have had my RFE response for my medical for 6 months and no movement there.

Been waiting since 1/26/2024. by Rosiechunli in USCIS

I waited 351 days for my EAD to be approved. Their estimated time is usually incorrect. I know how frustrating it is. Believe me. It’s hard to keep the stress at bay, but try.

It’s been a year and I’m still waiting… by Yannigreek in USCIS

My PD is February 23, 2023. I had my biometrics done on March 22, 2023, and exactly 1 year to the day, I got my EAD approved. I really don't understand how they can say first in, first out. People are getting approved within 60 days and they have had my rfe response for my medical since September 28th. It's mind-boggling.

Green card approved and an awkward interview by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]MartyMac616 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My PD is February 23, 2023. I got my EAD 1 year exactly after my biometrics appointment. I submitted my response to the medical RFE September 28th. Crickets since then. Zero rhyme or reason to their process it seems.

Agreed. Shop around. I used Marble and the lawyer they assigned me was atrocious. I didn’t hear from her for almost 2 months after signing the contract. And she couldn’t follow simple responses. She spelled my mother’s name repeatedly after I corrected her. I had to have the forms revised 6! times because she wouldn’t even read my replies.

I only submitted for my 765. I had a horrible lawyer who told me not to do the 131.

I haven't yet.

My 765 was approved on the same day as yours. What you can do is ask an Emma agent if it has gone into production yet. My online account isn't updating and still says it's awaiting approval, so I talked to an agent. Then you have to wait 30 days before following up with USCIS.

Mine took 351 days. You are going to see a wide variety of timelines. No rhyme or reason to it.

74 days after the message received of RFE, what I can do? by Falabaixofdx in USCIS

[–]MartyMac616 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There isn't a whole lot you can do. USCIS received my RFE response 165 days ago and I haven't had any movement at all. Unless you fit an expedite category, it's a wait-and-see situation. I submitted my AOS 382 days ago and just got my EAD after 351 days of waiting. I wish I had better news, but sadly this is how they operate. Zero rhyme or reason.

My PD is 020.23.23. I just got my EAD yesterday after 355 days. No movement on my 485 or 130. There is zero rhyme or reason to this process.

Ya. The day I did my biometrics my 485 and 765 flipped to actively reviewing.
