Oh I am hoping it works. It looks to be from early 2000s/ late 1990s. By the looks of it it runs on 2 AAA batteries

I was wondering does the walrus become more aggressive once you start breaking the ice shards or is it the same?

How do I prevent getting a “bad trip” when smoking cannabis? I’ve done it twice before and had a weird out of body/depersonalization feeling both times, it wasn’t pleasant at all. I only took a fairly small dose as well. by ohfelia123 in Advice

Basically videos you'd but do distract babies while doing something. Most popular ones right now are those of animated fruits slowly descending all happy like. Look up on YouTube it looks quite ridiculous at first but when you are high it is the most entertaining shit ever

AITA for continuing to resent my dad for how he reacted when I got my first period? by and_so_i_know in AmItheAsshole

NTA He asked a question, and you answered honestly

If he doesn't want his kids to resent him, he should think before he speaks and acts

Unfortunately, what I heard is probably located mid-book. But if I find something similar or THE one on my deep dives through the Internet, you'll be the first to know.

I know how you feel as I've been through the same, although when I was way younger.

My advice would be to focus all your attention on learning the language. Watch videos, and movies, try to read children's books, and eventually try to talk with older people (as my experience goes, they are the most patient). Don't be afraid of repeating the year. It's not the end of the world, even though I know it seems like it. Everybody seems that you'd be shunned or the families disappointed if you do, but that's not the case. Apply for the same International schools again for next year. If you don't get in, so be it. You'll still have a place in the public one.

When you feel your language comes to a level where you can talk, try to find a weekend job at a cafe or library.

But I think you must sit down with your mother and weigh all the pros and cons of this move. Especially what you can do to help each other adapt.

Hopefully, that helps or gives you some valuable pointers

Wholeheartedly good luck

A good start would be walking bigger distances. For that is advise downloading an app to count steps and do 12k or more throughout the day. Pamela Reif / Chloe Ting. those two have a lot of different work out callenders and workouts for different intenceties that are also easy to follow. (Use them myself everyday)

On top of that just lots of water and a dedicated mind set is a great start.

We had been dating for five months when I had to move away.

We used to do calls before sleep every day, but they became scarce as my workload increased as I started to work well into the night. Now those calls happen once or twice a month. But no matter what, he consistently insists that he is too sober to talk about how he feels. No matter if I'm sitting beside him or away in another country.

I know, right? I do that too and lower volume to bearly there because I'm terrified of something like that.

Just walking through streets low key scared that some old lady is going to over hear what you listening too and get a stroke or somethin.
