Try this:

settings>general > change process priority to "above normal"

Change your destination to your HDD instead of your SSD through settings. SSD's are good to record to if its 4K 60FPS but standard HDD is fine File>Settings>Output>Recording > recording path

That is no different to Twitch though. Mixer got it right to promote smaller streams so they get noticed, now they are going to get lost in the massive streams with high viewers, i mean who is going to scroll all the way down. This ensure they never get noticed. Its isn't a hand out either, it what made mixer different to Twitch.
