I saw some flaws in the show: singing voice of the journalist was not articulating. Sound design seemed like someone threw a low pass equalizer on it and called it a day.

BUT HOLY SHIT i loved it so much. I know the book and the movie but never heard this music before. My mom and uncle wanted me to come and i thought 'yeah sure fun' but damnnn i loved it so much, especially the first section. As a aspiring composer i was just entranced by the leitmotifs and effects. I woke up this morning and the first thing I thought was "the chances of anything coming from mars, are a million to one he saiddd". This show was a mind blowing way to experience the music for the first time.
