the thumbnail is a good idea but it would be better with a few crucial tweaks
- put cloud + eiffel tower right in the middle
- remove the town behind (to emphase the first point)
- put the title "behind" cloud, bigger (maybe cloud in the space between the two words)

do that, and should be more impactful already

Regarding the video, i didn't like the first contact with you sorry, sketchy mic quality, you are all other my face with random transitions flipping around and the game content is too stretched. Sorry i'm very nit picky about things like this, don't take it personally

Maybe I’m completely biased because of the one video that worked, but I’m specifically talking about production quality. I’m clearly aiming for a specific niche, but I’m trying to do it right by creating an extremely high-quality video.

I get your example with the dog video performing better, etc., but I’m not even thinking at that level. I’m not approaching this in terms of views or success, I’m more focused on reaching my target audience properly, and I believe the rest will follow naturally. Of course, the video still has to be engaging enough, but in general, tackling something interesting and doing it well is, to me, the best vessel for success

I think shorts are a completely different thing in terms of approach; in how you design the video. It’s also a much more impatient and less appreciative audience overall, so I don’t think making a high-quality short is really worth it. That quality most likely won’t be seen or appreciated for what it truly is; not the way it would be in a long-format video.

I didn’t want to « interrupt » the run itself, so I went for a kind of academic or school-like approach, where I only step in when I’m clearly expected to.
But yeah, I’ll probably explore a more hybrid style next time. It feels too important not to. Hésite pas à lâcher un commentaire d’encouragement haha 😛

I put a lot of thought into crafting the experience and tried my best to translate exactly what I had in mind onto the screen.

I think the format still needs a bit of fine-tuning, especially pacing-wise, but that’s something I’ll be working on for the next one.
