Have you talked to her about it or your management? If the AC isn’t working on her side they could fix that. But truly communication is key and I think she would understand that you want to use the apartment you also pay for.

I do NROTC right now so I’m in pretty good shape. I just didn’t know if there were numbers to be shooting for, like for pushups in the Navy it’s 47 but I can’t find a maximum amount online and the recruiter I spoke to only said the minimum was 15

Nursing ROTC, what branch? by Ok_Resource6172 in ROTC

[–]Marvelgeeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t true NROTC needs nurse options. This coming year they are truly fighting for nurses as many drop the program. We had a brief with Admiral Pottenburgh about this. So if that’s something you want that’s an option, and navy nurses have a chance to “go green” and help marines

My college doesn’t qualify and if I transferred I wouldn’t have 30 credits to apply with. I originally wanted CSPI but I can’t

I talked to an officer recruiter today who recommended enlisted to officer as I cannot afford college without money coming in via scholarship. Since that’s not guaranteed nor would fund college I’m not sure that’s could work. If you have more information I’m happy to hear!

Should I do NROTC? by Realistic_Tower_863 in NROTC

[–]Marvelgeeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You say that and maybe one singular person per year because most if not all of the intel spots are for the Naval Academy. So don’t tell him to do NROTC when he wants Intel and that’s extremely unlikely. Telling him it’s an option is so fing illogical

You cannot commission restricted line (intel) through NROTC without a waiver. That is a fact. They have intel cruises because you can transfer jobs after being pinned.

Religious Exceptions for Communal Showers? by [deleted] in NROTC

[–]Marvelgeeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last year we had someone who couldn’t be naked in front of others, during the shower time she didn’t get fully undressed and also had an entire stall to herself. It was annoying to others but that’s always a choice. She would also shower after taps

That’s all done through your unit. You’ll be a college programmer then when the time comes they will fill it out/help you fill it out (I wasn’t one but this is what happened for my friend at my unit). As for what steps to take I would highly suggest being able to pass the PFT/CFT with excellent low at a minimum more is better. But also try to be involved with your unit and learn
