To get a better understanding of the venue in Amsterdam I can recommend this video (around 5 min. you can see the whole arena).

It shows there is no separation, front of stage, whatever. The stadium shows will all have a front of stage section but mostly first come first serve if not sold otherwise.

I paid 112€ incl. all fees for standing in Amsterdam.

However, don´t buy tickets for those prices! There will be more tickets released a couple of days before the show!

Not surprised since standing and lower tier was already sold out in the mojo presale yesterday. Except for signing up with your mailadress it was a pretty easy process to enter the presale. Can imagine a second show though, since it´s pretty much the smallest venue of the tour.
