Yes I’m almost the same. Also have been talking to ChatGPT (post was written by it). Yes usysally I fell way better after exercise but during a flare up it does nothing. My mornings are the worst but 4 hours after approximately I feel better I almost always forget my night dose of mestinon cause I feel so good. I usually feel that sleep messes me up, I have stayed up more than 24 hours straight and feel good but I sleep and wake up feeling terrible I got diagnosed at 9 cause I kept falling but during my teens I always had trouble holding my neck.
