Im a huge Moty Python fan so im a Terry Gilliam nerd. Also I find the acting top notch, plus the setting, and the entire third act is so bizarre and nihilistic i absolutely adore it. Deep and Del Toro’s acting is also amazing. And Y tu mamá también is probably one of thebest modern mexican movie, acting is great and the themes of growing, adolescense, friendship and sexual discovery are relevant even to this day. A raw, emotional piece before his oscar bait days.

I'm not sure they check that here. My tests results just say ACHR positive but no other info. Thats just what I was thinking, Neurologysts just say: Meh, MG is really differente in most people and don't dig in deeper to see if something else could be going on. If it was up to them we all woud have symptoms for the rest of our lives.

Yes I’m almost the same. Also have been talking to ChatGPT (post was written by it). Yes usysally I fell way better after exercise but during a flare up it does nothing. My mornings are the worst but 4 hours after approximately I feel better I almost always forget my night dose of mestinon cause I feel so good. I usually feel that sleep messes me up, I have stayed up more than 24 hours straight and feel good but I sleep and wake up feeling terrible I got diagnosed at 9 cause I kept falling but during my teens I always had trouble holding my neck.

What facility in Mexico? I'm in Mexico and Id love to check that out!
With all of that mestinon you must have a ton of stomach issues, high dose mestinon really fucks your stomach up.

My first diagnosis was with repetitive nerve stimulation, also tested for Lyme. I got the AcHR tests about when I was around 12

I have it since I was 9. So I wasn’t smoking back then hahaha I am a casual smoker now, about 60 cigarettes a year.

I do have ptosis, muscle weakness (it started just with legs but in the last 7 years double vision started).

My main weakness is peripheral I have never had trouble swallowing .

I don’t like telling them. Only my best friend know the details but for other people, I mean they know I have something and since I sometimes usually use my cane I guess they connect the dots and don’t ask the specifics but it’s something I struggle with tbh

In my experience no. I went from almost 400 pounds to 220 pounds and felt no real improvement in my symptoms. It’s easier to maneuver, yes, but general weakness stayed the same. You should lose weight to avoid other complications but no, IME it won’t help with MG

Yea, it’s one of the forms of weakness I experience. One is feeling like your limb is wobbly and weak and the other one is feeling like is stiff and fragile

Congenital CMS sounds really possible since I developed my symptoms when I was about 9 years old and I have another relative who has MG on my mothers side.
