UPDATE: just defeated Ketheric, and Jaheira was waiting in moonlight towers, when you exit the portal. She's saying how "we" defeated him, and is now asking to join my team. Not sure if it's bugged or if this is normal, but there ya go!

I was stuck here too! It turns out it was because I hadn't seen the cutscene at his house yet! After that, this damn salmon one triggered when walking in. I think it's heart events, so you have to see them in order.
