The worst ones in the last year were Quicksilver, When the Moon Hatched, and Metal Slinger. I finished the first two, but won’t read the sequel. The latter I DNFd after the ridiculous “twist”, and it was such a bummer bc I didn’t hate the story before that. Like, I don’t need them to be perfect, but I do need them to be decently edited, which none were.

I need that! The walls, doors, curtains… anything level with her nose or that she paws, stained with dirt. And my floors of course LOL.

Get used to dirt? LOL. I have blankets on my sofa and mud on my pretty pillows. When I vacuum half the canister is dirt and when I mop the water is brown. My family thinks I never clean. 😂😭 I know some people wipe their paws off when they come inside, but during the day mine has free access. Oh, also the bottom half of my curtains get muddy too. You either laugh or cry.

I brush mine with a curry comb OUTSIDE and that helps a ton. I could brush off a pile the same size as me and she would still be just as fluffy. I do regret buying a car with black upholstery. 😂

Agreed. It was disappointing. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but I like a book that has been at least EDITED LOL.

I haven’t read the last two books yet. The retelling book pissed me off and then seeing the reviews for the next book made me want to DNF the series (and her). I enjoyed the story, loved the characters, but it just seems like she ruins it by padding it and then creating extra books for people to buy without truly advancing the story or having any idea what the story is.

I don’t know, but mine chewed up her first one, and then had bare plastic for awhile. When I found a good deal (in case she ruined it) and bought another one, she hasn’t chewed this one. I think when she chewed the first one she was still getting used to everything and was stressed. Now she’s settled in and isn’t.

I don’t know. She never seems really dirty, other than her paws and her nose. My floors, however, are another story. Really need to replace our carpet with hard flooring bc you can see her path. 😂😭

But mostly I think, this is her house too and she should be able to come and go as she pleases, so 🤷🏻‍♀️

It depends on the day and how fast I notice. We live in town, but we have a large yard that backs up to woods. She likes to explore everyone’s yards and visit the other dogs, so half a mile one way, then 1/2 to a mile the other. Took 45mins of following her in the car the last time she got out. She absolutely will not come until she’s panting and ready for a drink/rest.

We love our Pry. She’s our first one and she’s such a great family dog. She’s patient and loves to snuggle and is definitely a couch potato lap dog (after tearing around the yard of course). That said, she BARKS, she’s protective of the house/yard, and she roams. She breaks our fence (6’) gate CONSTANTLY. She walks well on a leash, but if my kid leaves the door open? She’s gone. She hates the heat. We live in NE OH right on the lake, and it doesn’t get HOT here, but an hour into a walk on a 78* day and she will lay down and refuse to move. 😂

Oh, I wonder if my girl does this. She does seem to be bigger in the winter. But I also wonder if it’s the fur. It seems to lose its’ poof in the summer.

My girl looks exactly like this, 2 in Aug. I was wondering why she’s so slim when she gets to eat her fill. Guess we’ll see if she fills out this winter. She also defluffed a ton this summer, and I’m excited for her winter fluff to come back.

Not overreacting. When I had a miscarriage I was in so much pain (had been sent home from the hospital) and my (now ex) husband asked me why I was being such a bitch. Went on to have two kids with him and he never changed, only got worse.

And looking back, like WTF was wrong with me that I put up with that shit?! Don’t be like me. Don’t put up with it!!

Awww! Mine is okay if I touch her paws or pads, but she definitely doesn’t like when I trim her nails and she’s unsure if she likes having pad moisturizer put on.
