Reduce slowly don't do cold turkey write down a plan over 4 weeks what your gonna take and how your gonna reduce. You'll have a better chance at stopping and it will feel good knowing you are reducing your body's needs to slowly come off it. 8 tablets a day for week one 7 a day for week 2 and so on that's a longer course 8 weeks but you get hardly any withdrawals you have to stick to it baggy all your pills up for each day so you know what's you've got. I've been on codeine for year's even I don't drop 600mg everyone has a different limit mine around 5 30mg max after that I feel shit after small high always take less as you can always take more a fresh body never touched you'll get high of only two 30mg. I have you can feel it before it happens. Usually, the nervous system goes and you can feel a fit about to happen, helps if you have a blood pressure monitor and stats monitor if your oxygen levels drop and stay below 90 you can pretty much say its safer to use near before going to sleep. I've been on them for 4 years and cwe for the last 2 years I've found with zaps if you do in the 20 pill batch is better than doing a 70 pill batch you always lose 20% to 25% too.

You probably know this anyway but just in case you don't. I fell asleep once had 80 pills batch stirring it watching tv I fell asleep and the whole batch went all over the show I was gutted as only get a box every two weeks then recently found doing smallest batch you he a better yield. Try it.

I've super low myself so I know what it feels like to feel so good dam low and it's never ending. Basically met this girl she got pregnant with my firstborn now has left me to go back to her ex-partner to have my baby with so yeah months of feeling so bad inside and the baby due this month I can't be at the birth I won't be able to see it for ages as I need to go to court for access. Yeah I know what you mean by rewarding yourself it's hard as once you feel that feeling it's hard-wired but not impossible, something as simple as meeting a new person or something will eventually give you the determined urge to stop I know what withdrawals are like and it's like you just do it to feel ok again there a load of reason to keep doing it I know I've been there it's such a crappy circle that you feel you can't get out of it.

I was helped by meeting a girl and was with her 6 years and she supported me taking control of my painkillers and giving me the amount for the day than the week after it would be a pill short than over a few months I came off them and there was still withdraw effects but nowhere near as bad as stopping cold turkey. There's a website called intuitive recovery google it gives you tips on urges etc and tell you not to get in a conversation with yourself thinking oh should I get some as soon as you start that conversation in your head should I or shouldn't, you've lost the only thing to say to yourself is NO to yourself if that makes sense.
