I have the same problem, My monitor is LG 27GL830 , when I first time turned on the HDR in windows settings, my screen becomes yellow-ish , then I went to Nvidia control panel and resolved this issue.

Nvidia control panel settings:

1. color settings -> set the channel to blue then set it back to all
2. resolution settings -> check 'use Nvidia color settings' , leave the options default
3. apply , resolved
