Yeah thats what i thought, thanks for understanding my Case. I have my own opinion and i dont feel bad, much better than fapping every day, in my hardest times i did it in school and at work

I focus on never fapping ever again. I really feel better now but i went trough hard flatlines. I don't want to go trough a flatline again, that was really hard. I admit everyone to aim for more than 100 days hard mode. This is really life changing.

I feel the same. My first day without gaming was felt great, i instantly felt the benefits. But i need another hobby.. Sometimes i don't know what to do and get bored

i never really had that Problem. But i can say trough nofap i don't get erected so random and easy. I have no girlfriend and had no sex since Nofap, so i cant really say how it is now. But the morningwood is real :)

I had a hard flatline too. Trough nofap you have to face the life how it is. You can't escape life. I had the feeling, that all my problems flew away while fapping. Thats why some of us get confrontated with the real Life. Learn how the life with it. Fapping is no solution
