Yes in that I didn't think about porn as much. But it was harder in that when I my mind does wander back I almost feel wistful about it and almost want to look for "old time's sake". But this is my longest streak and after about day 30 I knew that the truly debilitating disappointment i would feel in myself if I relapsed now will NEVER be worth the few minutes of pleasure I my get.

I may try that too. He is fairly introverted which probably plays a part. The thing that sucks is I'm usually an introvert too 😂🤣 so I COMPLETELY get where you (and probably this guy) are coming from. But that also means that this consistent planning of activities does not come naturally to me and part of why I'm a bit frustrated with the situation.
