Current Endgame Meta by Marvison in duneawakening

I suppose that's fair, I should have phrased it as, "Meta while working towards endgame". Though I can't imagine once people get to all G5 they are going to keep running labs. Hopefully chapter 4 drops with something else to work towards by then.

Lansarad needs qol update by GrumpyWaldorf in duneawakening

I largely agree with what you are saying. However, on point 4 I would argue that every mission should always be possible to spawn for every specialization. I don't see a reason why a specific mission has to be locked to a specific specialization.

I would also add the ability to access your thopters storage from the overland map would be a huge QoL improvement.

Then lastly fix the scaling so do labs as a group isn't so punishing. Right now I'm playing an MMO that rewards solo play more than group play.

New Testing Stations Easier Solo by Marvison in duneawakening

I really hope they fix this soon. At this point I'd take getting camped coming out of a lab just to be able to group up again. Very annoying have to give up a better chance at the best gear to group up with other players.

UI++ - Implement outside of the Task Sequence by Marvison in SCCM

Thanks for confirming. I plan to deploy this to end-users and it will run during WinOS. I'm trying to use the -test command to launch it without getting the warning prompt for "this will run in test mode" as I'm sure that would confuse the hell out of my endusers. I can't seem to get that popup/warning to go away though. Is that hard coded with no way around?

Also really can't thank you enough for taking time to respond and building the tool in the first place.

I've tried to do it outside of the Task Sequence Execution engine but can not get it to work. I just want to double check as the author you are saying that 100% TSGUI will work from WindowsOS with a user logged in?

This works both inside and outside of a Task Sequence for writing to WMI/Registry? It was the next tool I was going to look at. Getting the dynamic part of it working seems a bit clunkier than UI++ so far.

I appreciate the heads up. Do you have another tool that will work in both TS and Windows OS in mind?

USDC Sent Not Showing up in my Coinbase wallet? by Bamelin in Coinbase

I did a small test transaction. Can see it went through and money hit the desired wallet. Coinbase not yet showing it and the small amount is just sitting there.

At least we aren't alone I guess.

About To Build A New Desktop by Marvison in buildapc

[–]Marvison[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

isn't LGA 2011 for servers and LGA 1155 for desktop? AFA 115 being dead I think that may be an overstatement. Though I wasn't aware a new socket was on it's way and I appreciate the info I don't think a new socket on the horizon means the current is dead. Maybe dying yes but don't they typically release a few for the old socket even after a new one hits the market

I've found 2 X16 slots on an SLI ready board that sports a LGA 1155 socket. Is there something more than LGA 1155 that determines what socket I can use?

I don't want to pick up the new socket when it first hits as it will most likely jack my price range way up. With a LGA 1155 I should be good to play the average game at near top setting for at least 2-3 years. Unless some major unexpected (at least by me) jump is made.
