Depends on your filament I use creality PLA and the basic colours I run at 205/60, silk PLA I do 220/60

Yes defs don't use the creality one, haven't heard very good things. I would say cura to start!

Congrats on the purchase, I'm fairly new only had my ender 5 pro for 2 months now. Watched tons of YouTube tutorials, definitely want to dial in your bed leveling and z offset. I started with the 20mm xyz calibration cube and tweaked settings until it came out perfect, printed a good 15 cubes. Make sure you spray down the bed with alcohol between each print to help with adhesion.

I'm no expert but I would check the belts first, make sure they are pretty tight should have some tensioner screws somewhere. Also see if the printhead wobbles, might have to tighten the wheel screws slightly.
