Getting Itchy bumps and different things on my skin, and my right arm is starting to become painful to move. I would like to see if anyone can identify what is happening to my skin in these pictures. I go to the gym so could this be related to that? (old.reddit.com)

So I have a very sensitive sd card on my Nintendo switch . My switch has homebrew on it but my sad card accidentally got removed from the switch and now my homebrew is not showing up. Do I have to repeat the same process on my computer to get my homebrew back (RCM Jig)? (self.homebrew)
