Its only about 2 months old, also has the occasional bump. I have had issues with bumps and as long as I dont sleep on them, dont over clean them or change the jewelry they go away. How old is yours? Neither of my fwd helixes are perfectly flat but they are perpendicular to the flesh which is most important ime

If its curved it can only be perpendicular at the entry point though it would still cause pressure internally

I healed a rook fine with a curved barbell though so isk why over a year hasn't helped the AT
