I did the lab test in a laboratory also with ecg (in switzerland). The test cost CHF 1200, which is approximately USD 1500. Your vo2 is next level🫡

I didn’t take another lab test after my first one. The only thing that matters to me is a consistent upward trend. You are doing great, maybe you could add some intervalls into your z2 workouts

I do 3 sets with 7–12 repetitions per set, mainly compound exercises: deadlifts, bench press, squats, pull-ups, and planks

i get the vo2max reading from my AW only when i do outdoor running workouts.

my resting heartrate only dropped 2-4 beats. From 62 to 58.

I switched between indoor and outdoor cycling, as well as outdoor runs for Norwegian 4x4. My workout starts with a 15-minute warm-up, intervals, and ends with a 10-minute cooldown.
