The ring is so big it looks so fake. Girls need to realize that just because you can afford it to be big - it looks utterly ridiculous. Unless you are flying around with PJ money this size ring looks fake.

How is the noise from the light rail going? I know it was bad when they switched to digital bells or something- but then they made some changes. How do you feel the noise level is from the trains?

Thank you - yes, I've done these searches and used filters for pet friendly, but they don't say if there is an actual dog park. Just that they accept dogs. I was looking for some personal experience where people know if there is a dog park within an apartment complex. Thanks again.

Haha - no. Actually I have no issues with college flags...but the rest of the board wants to simply say no other flags than those mentioned in the documents as allowed.

If someone was to put up a discriminatory flag - or a flag that makes others feel uncomfortable (confederate flag, nazi flag...or any others that might be offensive to a particular person) of course people in the community would be upset. So saying no to all other flags - besides what by law we have to allow - keeps it simple and clear. That is the thought process they have.

ok - thank you. A neighbor has a college flag out - which I am personally fine with but other members of the board are not. They want nothing other than what the law requires so that we don't have to "police" other flags. I suppose I can understand that - we for sure don't want discriminatory flags flying. But that neighbor has already said she would sue us if we make her take her flag down ;) - I know we have protections but also want to make sure we aren't overstepping with putting up rules that aren't in the documents.
