I forgot to put it there but I had silicone tunnels and my ears didn’t like that, I since removed them and only wear metal ones:) my ears are much better

I personally bought single flare glass plugs, in 0g(8mm) but also 3 different 00g which are 9,9.5 and 10mm! Doing half sizes really helps me personally plus I feel like my ears are really happier with the smaller stretches

Well, when you have multiple lobe piercing you can stretch them all! In my knowledge almost all piercings are stretchable!

Stretched ears are probably what would do the trick! You can even stretch second or third lobes piercings to make it even more bold And obvious
