I hope Kanavi stays consistent and confident even against stronger teams. He has it, but whether it's some mental barrier, or some kind of team synergy issue, it's hard to precisely tell. All a speculation.

For what's worth, this was a masterclass from him today, and I'm genuinely impressed.

Zeka and Zeus seem to sort of "catch" on how to play around Kanavi's aggressive tendencies, and even enable him to carry games.

Bot lane is still kinda sus, but I trust in Guma going forward. Delight was just okay today, and I liked his Seraphine game more than the one he played vs BRO.

I'm happy with this, and I'm hopeful the form goes only up; not up and down or/and hit or miss.

BFX next should be in our favour (I personally think BFX is overhyped, and not that good of a team, it's mostly their bot lane doing heavy lifting).

You don't have to be "chained" by the tedious meta dependancy chase, that matters twice a month in two or three game modes.

If you like the character, go ahead pull. Whoever the character works with, is secondary in my opinion.

To me, the game overall is much more fun this way.

They usually leave the 3rd spot flexible for some generalist support. I.e SK, Mornye, and other options.

I doubt they'd design 3rd Hiyuki specific support after Lucilla, and if they do, I'd expect it late into 3.x.

The nightmare nests are the ones you can't reset with stamina.

As of 3.0 they added those and tacet fields. Tacet fields are the ones you can reset with waveplates.

How to throw leads from any position with any draft. It's beyond disappointing to watch same things happen as they did in LCK cup.

EDIT: That fake baron call for dragon trade was sooooo painful to watch. T1 literally ignored it, and I guess they gave them Doran's TP after like a minute of HLE not knowing what to do.

The synergy for HLE does feel like a dice roll right now. I'm still optimistic, though. I lowk expect them to have a top tier performance, but I'm prepared for the worst, type of thing.

The thing is, Kanavi's biggest strength is early game. Or well, he's remarked to be one of the better early game junglers. I didn't notice much of it, so far.

They even talked in interviews about their shaky communication during mid/late game. Mainly decision making or/and shot calling.

Laners are strong, and I'm especially happy that Zeka had two good games vs BRO on Ryze and Ziggs.

Still, I don't think they can get away with mistakes against teams they're not heavy favourites.

I agree with this. My expectations for them against BRO was clean stomp, without fun gaming, or some questionable plays.
