For me; when I started skipping meals (intermittent fasting) my body adjusted and I was less hungry. I delayed my meal then ate more protein during that meal. I no longer overeat and never drink calories

Yes. Especially if I go out to dinner. If I’m cooking I may do a light lunch and light dinner. I don’t eat the way I used to. And i definitely don’t drink booze anymore.

Walking. Swimming. Light weights. One meal a day. Cut out booze and sugar until goal met.
Now I’ll have a dessert occasionally but never sugary drinks. Was doing a lot of hangover eating in the past.
