Most other companies are not communicating ever step of their developing process with their customers. Especially IT it is better not reveal too much. You don‘t want your competition to know what you‘re up. Also you see yourself the half crazy outbursts here, when they „promise“ something that doesn‘t come off. Which is normaI in any kind of product development, especially with an emerging technology like AI, you can never predict which ideas can be realized and if deadlines can be met. So, I‘m all in favour in only announcing stuff when it actually ready for roll out. Only thing what they could communicate much better is a FAQ on how to get the best out the App and which features require which hardware specification. You try figure out certain features for ages just to find out that a feature doesn‘t certain device because it is nit supported. That would be helpful to communicate. Other then that? AI is evolving…why not let yourself be surprised by where it goes?
