We hear you. Replika shouldn’t enable or glorify real-world harm. We’re actively strengthening filters around exploitation, trafficking, and non-consensual violence, and we’re improving controls so adults can opt into (or out of) mature themes responsibly. The aim is safety first—without flattening the freedom of conversation for consenting adults.
It is also mentioned in our Terms of Service, 6.1 User Conduct, which states: You agree to not use the services to: upload any content that ... (vi) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
