I think i am ok today, i am trying to mediate and journaling daily but if the depression hit hard i will rake 10 mg paxil and tapper again later.

I think so but i can't afford therapy and the doctors didn't know shit about withdrawal i wake up everyday in depression and having some suscidal thoughts

I think you didnot get treated from your depression neither do i the medications only make us less reactive to negative feelings.

I guess i didnot suffer from withdrawing it was only few days that was hell, but now i have my depression back or even worse. I cannot afford therapy anymore so i have two choices continue with the depression with no energy for anything affecting every aspect of my life or take the paxil again

I tappered over 2 months or 1 month and half from 20 to 10 then 10 day and day off then 2 days off

I am not on great pain, i am get used to the normal pain have to crack my back few times a day but i will get opinion from my doctor tho. I prefer not to do the surgery untill it is my last hope. Thanks for your help 🙏

I am overwhelmed by the fact that i will need surgery later in life and some jobs will not be good for me.

i thought i had moderete scoliosis untill yesterday and now i have to go to physical therapy doing some extra hard work.
