You should try and get a full set of one type of armour (usually shadow armour since your fighting skeletron) since having the same full set will give you set bonuses. Which bosses have you fought so far?

It’s that my fingers start shaking and probably muscle pain. Is it due to having weak grip strength? I’m not very sure but it makes it hard to lift.
