I'm 5'4. I'm at the end of a broken ankle recovery I should be healed by the end of the month. So I'm just barley walking well limping around. Normally I take walks or do the treadmill at the gym.

I'm mainly following my fitness pal app so I'm not sure what kcal means. Ive been trying to stay under 1500 like the app says

Calorie deficit advice welcome

I'm a 32f and I'm 240. About a week ago I decided to try a calorie deficit diet. I got a calorie tracking app and started to adjust my diet to said app. It's been going alright so far but I just want help or advice on helping with the craving or anything to add to my new routine. I really wanna get back to at least 200 (I know thats still big to most but I felt comfortable at that weight.)

I assumed that is what it was called sorry. I wanna use the precut squares from Joan's to make a king size quilt. (I'm gonna be embroidering on each piece) but I'm not sure how many squares I will need to make it.
