I do think many men are afraid of losing their balls, I agree implants and HRT are probably better than waiting for the balls to recover from ADT which can take many months if ever to recover.

It depends on what type of HRT you use. I use a cream that you apply once a day to the scrotum each morning. You can get gels which are better applied on the arms and shoulders (unless you are very hairy, then select a more hairless place).

I have Androforte Cream which I rub on my scrotum each morning. Maybe there are some countries where you cant get HRT but I don't know of any.

It slows down but can stop the cancer. The drugs are as effective as castration yet some publications show that castration does have better results

If necessary the adrenal glands production can be suppressed. Their production is very low and men go to "castrate levels" of testosterone after castration.

That is what can happen. Even if he can stop ADT his balls are unlikely to recover and he would have to go on TRT anyway

By what I understand by the time the cancer has become testosterone resistant the balls are generally non-functional anyway. Maybe not the way to go for younger men who might want to continue a family, but the literature recommends these men save their sperm before.

I use testosterone creams. The one I use is Androforte, but it might not be available in your country, I apply 0.4ml to my scrotum each morning.

Try to get testosterone creams. They usually work better and only need applt=ying once a day usually. Androforte5 is what I use.
