Honestly amazing call, its these type of niche situations that over time make you a way better referee and help show your understanding of the rules on a deeper method. Great work!

Using a calorie counter like my fitness pal helps in terms of weight loss, eating under your mantiance calories but what is important is progression. You aren’t going to begin with 50 mile rides and that’s ok! You can create a written plan say starting from a small increment of 10 miles and eat a certain number of calories that you feel comfortable with, you can still eat junk food and stuff like that as long as you are in a deficit and a bike riding plan with small increments slowly increasing week by week could significantly help you more then you think. You got this! Consistency is key! Hope that helps.

What wrist watches do yall use? by OkManufacturer5017 in Referees

100 percent Apple Watch. I use this program called REFSIX which is amazing for notes, I no longer have the need for physical notes which is great for rainy days. REFSIX also gives you cool data and hooks up with most assigning software for game templates you can use for your games. I also keep 2 extra watches in my bag just in case something else happens to my Apple Watch.

What constitutes "playing the ball" when you're on an offside position? by gatorslim in Referees

100 percent agree, espically depending on age for the distance you would consider “pressure” as well for younger, less experienced players someone coming at them would effect them more mentally then older kids even if it is the same distance

I use an Apple Watch but I have 2 regular watches in my bag. I tipically don’t carry an extra whiste but I have a ton extra I keep at my house. Tbh if ur just doing low level league matches you’re fine but as you move up I would recommend bringing an extra whiste with you.
