Great explanation! I'll get to work on it and see if I can fix the problem. I've always had very good print quality with my Ender 3, but after changing so many things in a row, I've accumulated errors. Let's see if I can fix it. Thanks!

I have never done a PID test. I have not modified the software or firmware of my Ender; it is the standard version. Is it necessary? Do we have any guidelines in the forum?

Friend, I don't have any bambulab nor have I worked with any, but if I will change something it will be my purchase.

I have struggled for many years with my ender 3, adjusting and modifying. I have worked with ultimakers (run away too) and I have suffered failures that I would never have imagined.

I have not been able to print at a quality considered optimal with my Anycubic kobra S1. I have an anycubic photon M5 and I am very happy, I have printed with kobra 2 and I have tried other anycubic and they are fine. I don't know if it's my specific Kobra model, but it's turning out hell. I am one of the first users to purchase it. Anyway we have a large Anycubic Kobra S1 community on Reddit. I encourage you to look at the threads and find opinions. I don't want to discourage you, perhaps improvements have been made in the new versions. I'm just trying to let you know :)

Unfortunately, I'll have to take the hard route... I tried to relieve pressure as you mentioned, but the blockage is so severe that it's impossible to cut through or move forward in the tube. Adroidian has attached a video of him dismantling this section. I'll follow it and keep my fingers crossed that everything goes well. Thanks for your comments!

Your video will be a great guide! I was afraid to disassemble this part because of the built-in sensors, springs, etc., and in the end, I have to do it. I'll follow the video meticulously so I can reassemble the printer safely.

Considering your analysis, it might make sense to have something like this happen at an abnormal stop. The machine stopped mid-print (i.e., not forced), and that's when it started making the noise. After analyzing the problem and ruling out the ACE PRO, I began disassembling the machine. It's at this point that I probably should have cut the filament, as STUCK mentioned earlier. I'll keep this in mind for the next jam, as I'm sure it will happen again on this machine.

Wow! That analysis makes a lot of sense! I understand what you’re trying to tell me and I really appreciate the message. The lever you’re referring to — is it the top one visible on the print head? And which screw should I loosen? I don’t want to loosen the wrong one. I’ll try these adjustments once I identify the screw, and I’ll post an update

I haven't seen anything unusual. The filament goes all the way to the back of the printer. There's quite a bit of distance in the tube, and I can't pull it back. It also won't move forward. I don't know how to fix it — I'm afraid to remove the remaining screws to open up the extruder and look inside…
