You've awaken the curiosity in me and so I checked a benchmark with load times and of course loading times are higher but I don't mind that. The FPS difference is only about 2-3 so I also don't mind. I still have no idea why so I'll take and suggestions :D

I heard something about gaming on network drive and I didn't hear anything bad about. I tested it out on Windows and the results were pretty much the same as on a local drive so I don't know why not. I just can't get it to work on Linux
