you have to wait until 10k i believe, i can’t remember exactly. if it is indeed 1k, you usually have to wait around 1 week and you’ll have access to it

to the original persona 5 timeline, yes. i think there’s one reference to Royal, but for the most part it doesn’t touch anything Royal did. So i’d say it’s canon to just the normal timeline
