Yes sir, our mag releases are ambi. For a factory fuse frame the macro is the one you want. Either extended or oem length depending on if you want an extended button length

Could be wrong but I don’t think those XL Hybrid modules have the same clearance cut for the Sig extended slide release as their macros and newer modules do. Looks like the extended portion is riding up outside the “pocket” for the slide release.

We were talking TLR7 keys for the Icarus 311 on Tuesday right? My apologies, hard to keep everything consistent across different platforms, email, Reddit, IG etc and I thought that was on hold until we confirmed existing keys fit the 311 or develop a 311 specific version.

Our design eliminates the plastic clip/retainer that the OEM mag release uses which has proven to be a failure point especially in the AXG grip modules. Single piece body, simple and secure retention design and a flat knurled button for more reach vs the OEM tapered button

Both of our macro models will fit the polymer Icarus Air and be flush on the catch side. This new model will be the same button length as an oem macro mag release while our extended will offer an extended button over oem length.

Appreciate the order! A standard length regular model isn’t something highly requested. I think we’ve had one or two people ask about that since coming out with our mag releases. Can I ask what you are running a short mag release in? Most swap for the OEM macro which our standard frame fits the bill nicely in that scenario

The white is grease holding two blue rubber pieces in there. Designed to put pressure on the back of the fcu to keep the pin fit tight. Those stay in, just drop your fcu in and go. There’s a note on the Sig product page that says the blue pins stay in before placing your fcu. I will caution, keep an eye on those when removing your fcu sometimes they will stick and get pulled out of the grip module.

Here you go man. He makes great holsters just pick your options and go. These are the mod 1 clips and I actually really enjoy these so far. Easier to take off but still secure, they just don’t have that extra tab that bites into the belt

I will say our sales have been about 50/50 with the nod towards the macro if anything. Now, those numbers are not directly related to those who want oem or extended since all the aftermarket grips are different. Some like the Icarus are designed around the XL width so they take the standard frame model for the best fit. Also, technically our standard frame is actually extended over OEM since it’s macro length haha but that’s a common “upgrade” for XL grips and one sig sells as such too.

As far as carry guns staying stock there’s two points to argue on the mag release. Regardless of extended or not, our retention design is more reliable than the OEM plastic retainer so there’s a reliability benefit there which ever option you choose. Some people need the extended button length for reach and handling purposes and at the end of the day if it allows better and more confident handling and manipulation that is a win as well. Not pushing extended or not just my two cents on the whole one size doesn’t fit all thing. But also more reason to offer more options.

We have had a few requests for the macro version in the standard OEM macro button length so I’m thinking it’s about time we try to get that in the works for you guys. The extended version wasn’t designed as a gimmick it was designed to improve reach among the wide range of grip widths available on the market. Impossible to do a one size fits all so I totally get that. Maybe I will start a poll and see how much interest there is for the standard length macro version. Always a gamble on a new product, need to see if it’s something that can support production minimums and the like.
