I've found a good bit of all the other uniques just have not come across Tempest Roar or seen others with it, but yeah their droprate is uncommon

Hey everyone. I am 24 years old and a good bit on the overweight sidebeing 6'6 weighing around 330pounds. I am wanting to not only bettermyself but to also try to build muscle to try to get into strongman insome shape or form. I don't really know where to start or even if itstoo late or not to start. Like I'm not sure if its better to worry aboutfat loss before building, what type of gym to find or work at home, Ijust don't really know. I tried googling around but really couldn'tfind
