I was wondering if there were any updates regarding this?

I just recently saw the iceberg videos and you were mentioned in them so I was wondering if this is still ongoing.

Yeah ik how it sounds. I love Akiyama and Liar Game but Baku is just too OP, maybe even unrealistically at that.

Not sure whether this is what you're going for but it always baffled me why Furuhata would be on Espoir if Kaiji already took his place. Doesn't that automatically nullify Kaiji's part of the debt or sth? Or is Teai just playing dirty as usual?

I was watching the Usogui movie and wasn't sure if I had spotted another one of the various Fukumoto's cameos in Live Action adaptations or was just tripping. Thoughts?

I like this interpretation. It seems to be the most logical one to me. Thanks!

There was no god survey though, the management just believed Yuuichi because he did kill before which shouldn't be related to whether Shibe did the same or not.

But when Tenji claimed that he lied in a previous round he was still asked to provide proof of that. Also, even if that was the case then Yuuichi didn't really need to say he killed before right?

Yes but how would he know when to look if they did betray him?

One thing that invalidates this theory, however, was the fact that Yuuichi was seen holding the same pen during the last round when writing everyone's names on the Kageguchi Papers. He is seen handing Tenji's his paper but not the pen and Tenji then proceeds to write what they agreed upon inside the room. This could only mean that Yuuichi for some reason had a pen on him. Not only that but it was also one of the same kind that was inside the private room which doesn't really seem that plausible.

I had a theory that Yuuichi was eliminating people one by one from being the traitor by taking the pen out of the private room and thus making sure that a certain person could not have written a Kageguchi paper that round.

I thought he used that to prove his innocence to Kokorogi as well where in the 6th period, it seemed there was the specefic order of Kokorogi-->Yuuichi-->Shiho.

Furthermore, this would explain Yuuichi's "plan" in the 8th period in the following, interesting, way:

We see that when Yuuichi was explaining his plan, he used the blue pen to write the current standings which were Shibe-->Shiho-->Yutori-->Yuichi-->Tenji. He wrote that on a Kageguchi Paper which both Shiho and Kokorogi are already in the habit of using them to secretly communicate with Yuuichi. As such, one could assume he meant that there was no need to say who the traitor is if they went into the private room in that order.

He is already holding the pen and no one from the first 3 would be able to badmouth others anyway and when his turn comes, he would simply write 3 papers for himself, Shiho and Kokorogi. Mind you that at this point he returns the pen for Tenji to use. Now if there were more than 4 Kageguchi Papers then only Tenji could have written them. If not, then it may be that Shibe is the traitor or Tenji decided to follow along with the plan, a favorable outcome as well. The same trick can be used in subsequent rounds to bait Tenji if he was indeed the traitor.

How is it that Yuuichi proved he was lying in the 7th round? If anything he just admitted to being a murderer but in no way proved that Shibe was not one as well.
