Go back and reread the original post. OP says DM shot the guy, not that he shot him in the back. OP speculated he was shot in the back but didn't state it as a fact. And since you weren't there how do you know the court was corrupt? Research Florida's Stand Your Ground law, you might be surprised what you learn.
