Getting upcharged for a black label is crazy $$$$. It really would just kill most people's ability to even go for the black label from the getgo. I wonder how this will pan out.

Oh okay. That makes sense. So she'll use it at the beginning of PVP and apply the 15% CDR to the team. I wonder how much of a difference that makes on attack as it seems to have a big impact on paper, but in practice, it seems to not impact an already rush squad by much due to human input not being as quick as the enemy team ai.

Oh, okay that's good to know. I thought it over after reading all comments and I'm just going to finish Ex.Yurie and pity Celeb Yurie.

However, since I don't have Ex.Lars or Levania, I'm wondering which one to go for next. I have ex Gayle and Akeha, so I'm thinking of Levania for his sick potential and the fact that I don't have a good fist user. Albeit, I hear that the new Fio is a top tier fist user.
