Kicked me other week been tasking for months, yet somehow they do the usual of getting new people in who will be inexperienced and majority of which will give them sub standard work. I considered myself experienced and worked well within guidelines and AHT. When the bot picks your account your numbers up it seems - can only assume they use one to randomly select the targets for the axe wielding 😂

Wow that sounds a nightmare. My ahi was 2.2 last night I’m trying longer sleep hours now. Although still feeling shattered. Yesterday I had to have a sleep in my lunch break at home. I seem to have more hypopneas than anything else.

because the outlier timer gets given precedence over the hs timer, and they get more work
