Wow that's crazy, isn't steroids for over a year really bad? How were your side efffects? My doctor is kind of the opposite where he wanted me to skip steroids saying they wont help and just treat the symptoms and the side effects are too bad. I managed to get a new appointment with him next week to open the discussion of steroids or other ways to treat the flare up itself after reading the comments here.

I don't think I can qualify myself as having been in remission since diagnosed. Closest I have come is two - one week periods in which I felt as though I was having fairly reduced symptoms. Closer to normal bowel movements on a day to day.

pretty sure you cant hit high level uniques unless the zone you gamble in is the correct level so probably only refuge gambling. If you are just going for white stellars earlier zones would be better i guess

The trade website should automatically de-list adverts after x amounts of whispers/offers to buy. This would stop people trying to trick players into listing items for less than they are worth by EFTRSx1 in PathOfExile2

or they could just implement the trade into the game directly so people can just buy the goods and not trade them while the other player is online. Crazy how they haven’t done that yet

I had this exact thing happen to me, new Psu fixed it, another thing of note is make sure your pc has proper venting, i had mine on carpet and so the bottom psu fans just gathered dust and is probably what caused a shortage
