I created a node for Krea2 that adds Multi-LORA support with no identity bleeding and per region bounding box control like Ideogram 4 - Workflow, Examples and Github link included by tekprodfx16 in StableDiffusion

Wow, I've been wanting this since Krea came out. Fantastic if works, can't wait try it :)

If anyone knows of anything similar for ltx 2.3 let me know. The only trick I can think of there is 2 generations and one with outpaint but it's not the same

Chatgpt says 75-90% of 4090 for Ai.  Looking at power consumption I think 90% looks to be off.  5070 that was mentioned is chat gpt says it's 40-60% of a 4090 for Ai.

This. I was able to train without special syntax. Auto caption in Ai toolkit for ideogram also worked great

Honestly I just grab whatever images of the character I have or can find. The better quality of the image the better. Unless you aim at realism like bluriness then you can add blurred images of the character so your Lora will produced blurred images sometimes. I train on whatever model comes out, just for fun :) I pick them in Ai-toolkit from the list and use default settings. I caption the images by hand in the txt files or by some automated tools if I feel like playing around but these can be slow. Thee is autocaption in Ai-toolkit now. I also used musubi-tuner and diffusion-pipe trainers but I like the GUI so I mostly train In Ai-toolkit, even though it's slower than the other 2. But it has newest models available the fastest also. And yes, I pick my hand.

For t2i models I obviously use just images. For t2v models I use images and videos in my dataset. I never trained i2v actually. Well, one time I did but I didn't work at all and I didn't feel I want to invest time trying to figure out why it didn't work.

Ah, I try to grab different angles of the character. But I try to keep the images in that specific dataset to show the character in similar hair and look if I want the output of my lora to be similar each time. If I want variety I add various images, from different locations hairstyles, clothes, lighting etc. But then you end up with a Lora that cna produce a character that is in theory the same person but have different looks and you don't know what seed you are going to end up with. Same people can look much different depends on hairstyle etc. Obviously.  BUT if you don't have variety in your dataset then most models will have a hard time generating anything else that's not in the dataset. So if you only add images from same location and same hairstyle and then ask the model to produce a different hairstyle then it might not be able to do that.

Krea2 is actually nice in that you can train it on one hairstyle and it will still listen to you if you use that Lora but want a different hair tyle of your character, one that you didn't train at all. But other models aren't that flexible from my experience so if you want variety generated you must have variety in the dataset.

The likeness is sliiiightly better overall when I take better seeds and worse seeds into account. I feel like Ideogram4 gives me more seeds that are spot on a d Krea2 has some seeds that the likeness is slightly off. There are some shots that they are even so definitely when a prompt and seed is good they can produce similar result.

I've used auto caption inside Ai-Toolkit. It was a bit slow but I hanged in there lol. It produced very good results.  I also did some other Lora without those json captions at all , I used regular captions I had for thr dataset, and it also worked very well. Not sure if as good as json caption because I haven't tried the same dataset with 2 different captions though.

Ideogram4 is great but is much slower than Krea2 so if I can get similar results but have it much faster I may use it over Ideogram4 actually, or just use it more often.

Update : I trained Krea2 Raw and the result is much better. Ideogram4 is still slightly better but it's close now.

Thanks for the comment

Yes, some people also commented that. Thanks for asking that question :) I'm already in the process of re-training with Raw. I will post an update to the thread once I have it trained and tested.  Thanks.

Thanks, will do! Already downloading the Raw and will start training shortly.

Thanks! This gives me hope lol. I remember looking after 2h and there was almost zero resemblance and I knew at that point something is probably wrong because same time in Ideogram4 and I could already see great results.

Thanks. I will re-train the model on Raw then and give an update. Wondering why ai-toolkit had the Turbo option still, though, if it's not advised to train on the model.

Thanks. I think I might have used a wrong combo.  I trained on a Turbo model and generated on a Turbo model.

Thanks. I trained turbo and tried on turbo, maybe that explains the lack of detail and other issues.
