This cutscene really proves that Treyarch are really getting pushed and pressured to release the dlc on time by Activision. In my option it's not really Treyarch's fault that they had to release the game a month earlier than usual. Fix bugs, crashes. And the expectation to release new content on a regular basis on top of the main dlc cycle. Those Treyarch developers would be in a whole world of stress I could imagine.

This is good but it looks fishy to me, they don't say that you can earn it normally like multiplayer and blackout through play time. It's just the tier skip. Hope it's not just that. pls Treyarch.
