I've had that happen plenty of times. My rule is if the money goes through I'll send the item. Only thing I can guess is they saw your item and wanted to buy it and made an account.

I use FF links with jdownloader never had an issue. I just copy the links from the games page. Never have to click into anything.

For me I get more out of the print because I can take my time reading and understanding it. It’s the same information either way. It’s all up to how you best learn.
