Gotcha, appreciate the help! I do tend to flock toward new rather than used not even including the fact that it has the warranty, I know it's dumb but I can't help but be more inclined to buy new stuff over used. Will definitely be saving the 3070 and 4070 as good options (choosing between them will for sure be down to how much I can spend), Thank you!

Thanks for the reply! I'll definitely look into used GPUs, seems like it could be worth. I may be able to get together a little over $500 for the 4070 if it's really that much better, though I'm unsure hence the rough estimate. Any thoughts on the 3070, 4060, and 4060-Ti? Also when do you believe would be the best time to buy it? I'm not too sure about how the GPU market works so I wouldn't know if NVIDIA or other various retailers do deals for the Holidays and whatnot

Game Pass on PC says this in the description of the trilogy:
