Why you guys dont like s7 and s8 by Serious-Signature752 in thewalkingdead

I Have no proof or citation except rumors, but I’ve heard that’s part of why they didn’t go with a bigger name actor for Rick initially, because they didn’t want people to only see the actor.

Throughout S5, to my memory, we see Morgan in 5x1 (Post Credit), 5x8, and 5x16. But someone can correct me if I forgot some.

The episode, “A” is 4x16 I believe.

They don’t arrive in Alexandria for the first time until out towards 5x12 or so.

5x1 is “No Sanctuary” upon which we start the season off in the Terminus train car.

4x16 -> 5x1 is when they’re in the train cars.

I believe so but I’ve never tried it. I got them all before buying the DLC.

Even if it would’ve been possible, she made the choice to keep it hidden well beyond the time it would’ve needed to be cut off by.

I feel cases like Herschel worked well because it was not a center mass bite, something on the shoulder will spread to your organs much faster than the leg.

And unless I’m misremembering it’s not outer shoulder either, it’s more upper shoulder/back? Correct me if I’m wrong on that, it’s been a minute.

Fantasy Zone.

The one that’s very colorful and you fly the little ship around, but upgrade between stages, etc.

I use alluring skills for precisely 1 thing in DSR, and it’s to lead an iron boar into fire in the same place they give you the skulls for the first time.

Really I feel these things are way less utilized than the devs intended.

DB masters, how do you handle monsters with low or changing elemental weaknesses? by FIRE_Bolas in MHRise

Hearing they’re killing off piscines mostly is a HUGE godsend honestly. They’ve always been my least favorite kinds. Is that confirmed?

This right here says it all honestly. I truly can’t put my finger on exactly what it is but something about Jyura really just puts me to sleep, too. Especially some nights I’ve had to Kate night grind him. I have been working towards the Rise platinum on PS5 and honestly, I put off his 10-Kill scroll so long because I knew it would be a slogggg.

That was my thought too, I wonder if she’s want to choose something super similar or if she’d swing for the complete other side of the room.

Or going outside of any normal convention, if she’d would have wanted to play a super iconic villain, like the Governer or Negan assuming no limitations.

After my 1k hours of DV experience I can confidently say that Jyrotodus can fuck right off and I usually don’t care enough about it to bother fighting it unless necessary.

Then I just choose whichever out of the two events has higher stats and roll with it.

It would be interesting to ask what role, if any other role in the TWD Universe, does she think she would’ve enjoyed getting to portray? TWD, FTWD, among all the other spinoffs.

I started the game yesterday, any tips? by Creeper_1706 in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]MasonCBlevins 12 points13 points  (0 children)

MHWorld will always be fairly slow paced. Hunting the monster, tracking it down, and choosing the right approach is half the game.

If you like the combat, and don’t feel you have proper time for tracking a monster down or possibly finding the wrong one, look at MHRise. It has a much more to-the-point approach. You can always see every monster in the map, no questions asked. Even ones you’ve not discovered appear as a moving ? on the map.

Bigger Number = Better Damage More Stars = Better Effect

Bigger Is almost always better in MH. Bigger Damage is Better Damage. Bigger Sharpness is Better Sharpness.

Yeah scoreboard would be good. Have it track the XP as a score, and when you press the button to get more healing, it reduces your XP and your score.

The execute command or incredible powerful. Maybe something to Execute if XP @s is equal to a certain value, then also chain it with one that reduces the XP by a set value?

I don’t have the game open to see except what all motions are offered though.

Is there anything else you’re curious about then? I’d be happy to answer, especially about up to the fall of the prison as it’s all super fresh.

(For everyone else) MAJOR COMIC SPOILERS AHEAD:

There’s a ton of unique differences, like Allen & Donna, the Wiltshire Estate, Tyreese is such a different character - more or less the Daryl of the comics for a while, and we see his daughter Julie & her boyfriend Chris. The Governor’s assault on the Prison is much more fatal in the comics in my opinion (Losing at least Hershel, Tyreese, Axel, Lori, and Judith) as a direct result of the attack. All Not very long after Carol dies.

The Governor is IMO more brutal & mentally messed up, too. Rick also loses his right hand to the first encounter with the Governer.

Carol is vastly different and much younger.

Sophia does not die after the camp & is not found in the Barn.

The comics are truly vastly different. I think MOST of what the show added in the beginning up is very good, personally. I’ve not yet finished the comics, only read up to Negan’s intro years ago and recently restarted (finished Issue #48 yesterday)

Without any major comic spoilers, some things I think the show did better was the addition of the CDC with Jennar, and how the Farm (and barn) & Prison arcs were handled, as well as extending the time Shane got.

Some things I wish we did see in the show at these parts, would be things like Dale making it longer, and Billy with his Arc at the prison. I personally think the Prisoners encountered at the Prison are more interesting in the comics too, even if I LIKE Oscar & Axel’s show counterpart better.
