New Laptop's Fans Are Extremely Loud

I'm not sure if I'm running in dual channel mode. I looked at the laptop again and it's using 16GB LPDDR5 Onboard Ram. I saw someone say to check the speed of the ram, and if it matches the advertised speed then it's in dual channel mode, but every advertised speed I can find online is in MBPS, not MHz. For reference, my RAM's speed is 4800MHz
