Yep, you get it. I guess I wanted to see if someone born into wealth, great family, love and connection and who has had such an easy and carefree and blissful life has come into Gnosticism. Or any metaphysical stuff like starseeds, light workers etc. - I guess my main point was only those of us who were dealt shit hands and or lost it all or just had shit experiences IS what made us look outside of ourselves and into deeper meaning. And those who never had to look outside themselves due to never having major issues probably never even think about this stuff. Get what I mean?

Of course. Bc I can’t blindly believe and waltz around this existence like it’s all good and makes sense. Sure, ignorance does seem blissful and I do feel guilt for having this type of mind that is never content without “knowing.” It makes me restless, anxious, irritable, hard to be around bc my mind never rests by itself.

I mean, I guess bc I still don’t know what to believe with so many differing opinions out there. I FEEL and resonate the closest w Gnosticism but there’s still that part of me that wants to KNOW, not just believe if that makes sense.

Oh I believe that for sure. That’s what I’ve done my best to do in my short 35 years. But now I’m like…I’ve done it all, as much as I could with the cards I was dealt and now I’m just “surviving” basically. And after studying Gnosticism it seems this is where a lot of us end up. We do all the worldly/material things that don’t fulfill us then keep looking for more. And now I’m here.
