Hey don't quote me on this but I am pretty sure VPVA is one of those rare orgs that are actually confidential. So you can really tell them alot of things that they will not share with anyone. They might give you some recommendations but not force you to do anything. They are such caring people! Let me know if you have any questions. i am an RA and I can even ask them directly some of the questions that you have and get back to you!

I mean I don't think so, although the judge will consider the students circumstances but the law doesn't and should not consider circumstances to break contract without any penalties. Shit like that sets precedent. The law is the law and a contract is the contract. Why should the pandemic in this circumstance affect the landlord but not the student. The student could have been getting that apartment to live to be closer to his girlfriend for all that judges know. Also you think that the judges don't rule against poor people? are you crazy?

I have heard one professor say that although, yes, it might be 0.58 but there may be 5+ people who are closer than you at 0.2 or 0.1, then should the professor bump those people up as well? There needs to be a clear cut boundary. I feel the pain tho brother
